More About Thailand

Thailand is one of the most visited countries in the world, and it’s not hard to see why. Thailand is friendly, very affordable, packed with delicious food, and has excellent warm weather. The Thai people are warm and welcoming to everyone.

Bangkok is by far the most populated city in Thailand, and is also the most visited area of the country. Bangkok is a sprawling city, complete with numerous malls, markets, temples, countless hotels, and even more restaurants and food stands. Heading to Thailand without experiencing Bangkok at least once would be amiss, though you would quickly be forgiven if you prefer some of Thailand’s amazing beaches.

The south of Thailand is where to go for beaches and relaxation. The Phi Phi Islands, Phuket, Ko Samui and Krabi are all popular places for a relaxing beach vacation. In the north of Thailand, Chiang Mai is the hub of the north, and is popular among backpackers and those looking for more adventure.

All over Thailand, you will find incredible food. Thai food is one of the most popular cuisines around the world, but it is of course best in Thailand. All of the famous Thai foods such as Pad Thai and Thai currys are available, as are a dizzying array of other options. Eat to your hearts content.
